This is what our volunteers are asked to look for when checking the donations that come in to us. We need to make these checks to comply with our procedures and insurance.
 
To ensure we are able to accept your item before you donate, please take a look at the checklists below. If you're not able to tick off all the points we cannot accept the item. Please don't think we're being awkward, we are very grateful for all donations but we do need to ensure that items are safe and useable for the families we support.
