If you are an individual or a professional supporting a family in need you can put in a referral to the baby bank. Follow the link below to our google form where you will be able to request all the items you need for your family or client - please note any requests for formula will require a health professional to be a named referrer. Our team will work to put together the items you have requested and will email you when they are ready to collect.

 

Each family may use the baby bank twice a month, and once you have made two self referrals your next referral will need to come from a professional - this can be a health professional (midwife, health visitor, GP etc.) a social worker, a school, or even a church or other community group you are a part of.

 

When you collect your referral we collect a few pieces of anonymous data to help us understand the bigger picture of who we are supporting, and to help us in funding applications. Details will only ever be shared in the event of a safeguarding concern.

 

We will try and fulfil your whole request, however we cannot guarantee that all items are always in stock.
